A TripReport of my train journey from Edinburgh to Dundee with LNER, showing as well the tram link to Edinburgh Airport. Sorry for the loud wind sound when at the door window, my editing software didn’t export properly my sound modifications... I arrive with Ryanair at Edinburgh Airport (EDI), then I take the tram towards Waverley station, where I catch the 14:28 LNER service to Dundee.

You could have got off the tram at Haymarket, then caught the LNER train from there . My wife and I are staying at the Premier Inn at Haymarket in January and I fancy booking a day trip to Dundee, which is the reason i found this video. I see Scotrail are also on this route, but the idea of selecting exact seats on the LNER website at the time of booking is perfect for us, meaning they will get our business.
